Miele to opens new Experience Centre on Wigmore Street, London

Premium appliance manufacturer Miele has announced that it will be opening a new Miele Experience Centre at No 25 Wigmore Street, London, in March 2025. The new 3,000 sq ft corner location, in the heart of London’s West End, is in an area associated with design and home to many well-known premium kitchen manufacturers.  It will serve as a hub for Miele’s customers and kitchen retail partners, offering an unparalleled opportunity to experience the brand’s full range of innovative appliances in an immersive environment.  The new location replaces the current Experience Centre on Cavendish Place, which will close in March.

John Pickering, managing director of Miele GB, says, “Wigmore Street has long been recognised as a premium destination for kitchen design in London, making it the ideal location for our new Experience Centre. This investment represents our continued commitment to delivering world-class experiences for both our customers and our kitchen retail partners. At Miele, we believe in empowering our trade partners by providing them with a resource where they can confidently send their clients for VIP treatment, expert advice, and hands-on experiences with our products.”

The new Miele Experience Centre on Wigmore Street will serve as a one-stop destination for discovering the brand’s expansive product range across all product categories, with a strong focus on kitchen and cooking appliances. Customers will enjoy live cooking demonstrations from Miele’s team of home economists, gain in-depth insights into the products, and attend Kitchen Discovery Classes, where they can learn first-hand how Miele appliances can transform their cooking.

A Valuable Resource for Kitchen Retail Partners

Miele is committed to maintaining its strong partnership with kitchen retailers, as many visitors to Experience Centres are introduced through these valued partners. The new Wigmore Street location is designed to further enhance this relationship by extending the retailer’s offering. Customers referred to the Experience Centre will benefit from a personalised and informative visit, where they can:

  • Explore a much wider range of Miele products than may be available in local showrooms.
  • Experience live product demonstrations and expert advice tailored to their needs.

After making their selections, customers will be seamlessly connected with their trusted kitchen designer to finalise their order, ensuring a smooth and personalised buying experience.

Ela Hedges, Store Manager for the new Wigmore Street Experience Centre, added, “The team is super excited to move to the beautiful new building. We look forward to welcoming both loyal and new retail partners along with their customers so that we can extend our exceptional hospitality and showcase the Miele difference.”
