In response to sustained demand for marble-look products as well as for numerous shades of grey, the most recent additions to the MISTRAL range are two marble-inspired decors – Aria (pictured left), a sparkling white base with a classic vein subtly woven throughout, and Moonscape (pictured top), a captivating mix of concrete grey and sparkling white that creates swirls of both and all the shades in between.

Both colours are proving to be great additions to the palettes of designers, working well with a host of room décor colour choices as well as being statement pieces in their own right.

MISTRAL’s versatility in terms of both design and installation has extended its popularity into the contracts market.

Clients have the scope to go from a straightforward kitchen layout at one end of their offering, to a designer curved, shaped and profiled finish with recessed sink areas and imaginative surface detailing at the other. In effect, a ‘good, better and best’ product offering in one. MISTRAL is also ideal for bathrooms, too.

MISTRAL can be installed without the need for templating as pieces can either be pre-fabricated before arriving on site and then simply jointed and finished in situ, or the worktop blanks can go to site and all the work be performed there, allowing more operational freedom.

To date MISTRAL has been used for student accommodation, city apartments, housing developments, hotels and schools and Karonia has a dedicated contracts/large projects division to assist and advise with such projects.
