Abode welcomes new Marketing Manager

Designer and distributor of innovative brassware and sinks Abode has welcomed Leanne Adamson to its South Yorkshire head office, as she takes on the role of Marketing Manager.

Leanne joins the company from Sensio Lighting, where she worked for over ten years, responsible for the marketing for five and a half years and new product development for just under two years.

During her time at Sensio Leanne held various customer service and sales support roles, before establishing and heading up the Marketing department, where she was responsible for raising brand awareness through PR and advertising, retailer support schemes, developing company literature, revamping and developing the company’s digital presence and major account support.

“Having over ten years’ experience in the kbb industry, on top of my previous responsibility of promoting and driving forward a brand which places its core value on innovation, quality and service makes my integration here at Abode pretty seamless. I’m a familiar face to many already and have a good understanding of the industry which will enable me to hit the ground running in my new role as Marketing Manager,” comments Leanne. “I’m really excited about my new role with Abode. It is a great company, with fabulous products and exciting plans for the future which makes for a varied and interesting role.”

Darren Holliday, Managing Director of Abode, said: “We are delighted to welcome Leanne to the team. It’s a time of significant growth for the company and Leanne will play an integral part of our future development.”
