Elevate, ASKO’s new induction hob features its automatic extraction system and innovative cookery technology, such as its Celsius°Cooking™ system.
One of the standout features of Elevate is the automatic extraction tower, placed in the centre of the induction space rather than on walls and ceilings. This positioning means the appliance optimises kitchen space for open-plan entertaining.
Since the extraction tower is closer to the culinary action – the downdraft vent extracts fumes more efficiently. After cooking, the tower automatically retracts back into the hob.
Elevate also boasts the innovative Celsius°Cooking™ system, a smart advanced cooking technique that gives users complete control over the temperature and timings of their food.
Bluetooth connected
The Bluetooth-connected pot, pan and probe means users can precisely measure cooking temperatures and the core temperature of food. The intelligent system also controls levels for users.
Safe & versatile
The heat is generated only in the pan itself and not in the surrounding surfaces, with each zone cooling quickly once the pan has been removed. Since the hob only heats the pan, users don’t need to worry about cleaning if it boils over because nothing is burned onto the hob. If anything is spilt, it can easily be wiped off with a damp cloth.
The Elevate hood-in-hob includes two optional Auto BridgeTM zones, expanding the induction cooking area to accommodate extra-large pots and pans. The appliance also incorporates a recirculation and fine dust system with two integrated easy-to-clean dishwasher-proof filters.
ASKO’s account manager Stuart Wilson says, “We are thrilled to be releasing the Elevate hood-in-hob to the UK market. It truly stands out as a unique offering, providing consumers with a complete hood-in-hob solution with its automatic extraction tower, near-silent performance and intelligent Celsius°Cooking™ technology. Through exceptional quality and innovative design, I am confident this product will inspire everyone to approach mealtimes in a completely new way and fall in love with cooking.”
