Amongst the new product line-up is the F6011PROPLX 60 cm pyrolytic oven. With 11 functions, the appliance boasts a ‘best in class’ cavity with a capacity among the widest in the market, as well as eased control thanks to Bertazzoni’s signature knobs and an LCD display. 

In order to satisfy the needs of the modern consumer, Bertazzoni studied the best technologies to guarantee time saving, by integrating the self-cleaning system based on pyrolysis. It also offers efficiency with ‘Bertazzoni Assistant’, a cooking management and control system. 

A new selection of Professional Series hobs will also be unveiled. Carefully designed to provide even more accuracy and control, the new lines include the P905CPROX gas hob. With a central wok and a single dual-ring power burner, the appliance delivers high-efficiency performance from delicate low simmer to full power.  

Extremely functional and elegant thanks to the ergonomic and refined design, the 90 cm hob shows off Bertazzoni’s signature metal knobs and cast iron pan supports.
