The warm elegance of traditional parquet style flooring is the hallmark of Ceramique Internationale’s new Herringbone Timber tile range.
But unlike natural wood, these Spanish porcelain tiles are hardwearing, low maintenance and highly affordable.
Designed to be laid in the interwoven ‘zigzag’ herringbone pattern, the small 440mm x 80mm rectangular tilescan also be laid in a linear plank formation.
Displaying all the subtle variations of natural wood, the Herringbone Timber collection is available in three shades of cream/beige – Straw, Natural and Haya – and the deeper brown Cerezo.
Peter Vann, Director at Ceramique Internationale, said: “The distinctive herringbone pattern lends itself to almost any design environment, from Victorian country house to boho chic and Scandi modern.
“While it is perfect for bringing breadth and depth to compact spaces such as hallways, it will also add visual interest to larger living areas.
“And of course, unlike wooden parquet, Herringbone Timber porcelain tiles are extremely durable so you can recreate the warmth of authentic wood in wet rooms and bathrooms too.”
