Fisher paykel 60cm integrated fridge

Compact without compromise: New Fisher & Paykel fridge

Fisher & Paykel is re-launching its 60cm integrated fridge. With high-tech features and clever design, this is a fridge made for today’s modern, compact kitchen that still wants the glamour and quality associated with the Fisher & Paykel logo.

Designed to fit perfectly in a run of cabinets, this new integrated fridge is ideal for those who want furniture to be the focal point. It has been designed to allow only the smallest gaps between cabinetry allowing smooth lines and perfect symmetry within the cabinetry. Fitting flush with 2mm gaps, the fridge can be integrated to take up minimal space.

Helen Haider, Head of Marketing, Fisher & Paykel says: “Feedback from our customers is that Fisher & Paykel has some of the most desirable appliances available on the market today. But not everyone has the space for them! Our R&D team has worked extremely hard to pack in all the features of our most premium fridges into a smaller size shell to offer an aspirational product that would be at home in any London pied a terre. Compact living in cities has always been a necessary evil, but that doesn’t mean you have to compromise on the design and quality build of your fixtures and fittings. If anything, it’s a chance to get creative. Our 60cm fridge has ample space inside and takes up minimal external space, meaning it’s all about the storage and care of your produce.”

Care for fresh produce is at the heart of Fisher & Paykel’s refrigeration design. It’s all about controlling the environment around your food and keeping the temperature as consistent as possible. The Variable Temperature Drawer has been designed for the optimal storage of fresh meat, deli and dairy products that require a lower than standard fridge temperature of between -5°C and 3°C. The fruit and vegetable bins also have varied humid environments to ensure moisture is retained at just the right level meaning nutrients are locked in to keep food fresher for longer. Clever design has provided a fast freeze option which boosts the freezing speed by dropping the freezer to its coldest temperature of -24°C for 12 hours to ensure food is fast and fully frozen. Plus, you never need to worry about defrosting your fridge with the built-in frost-free function.

Other features include an A++ energy rating and functions such as Holiday Mode that allow the fridge to run efficiently during times of rest.
