Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, held its first online World Tour Sydney Reimagined event, with more than 80,000 tuning into the live-streamed event, and reaching 1.2 million total video viewers across Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn.

In a session with Fisher & Paykel which shared the brand’s Customer 360 Story, Fisher & Paykel communicated its journey to transform customer engagement by bringing visibility into sales. The premium appliance brand has successfully driven user adoption for this solution by demonstrating the value of the solution to its users, and this success has created a strong foundation to expand into service and marketing.
