Grand Designs Live returns to the NEC

Grand Designs Live will return to Birmingham’s NEC from 6 – 10 October 2021. Based around the popular Channel 4 TV series, and hosted by design authority Kevin McCloud, the event will cover an array of different sectors: Build, Kitchens and Bathrooms, Gardens and Interiors, along with exclusive talks, seminars and demonstrations from experts across the industries. 

Kevin’s Green Heroes

Visitors can check out eco-innovations from Kevin’s Green Heroes, each brand is specially curated by Kevin McCloud himself and supported by Grand Designs Live and Reynaers as green-minded and design-friendly innovation.

New feature: The Great British Box Room

Crown Paints has sponsored the brand-new feature; The Great British Box Room Competition. Consisting of 6 installation spaces, this feature is designed to demonstrate ways to transform one of the smallest rooms in any house: the quintessential ‘box room.

Grand Kitchens & Bathrooms

From bespoke fitted kitchens to freestanding baths and strategic design, Grand Kitchens & Bathrooms will offer some of the most pioneering kitchens and appliances on the market from the likes of Northgate Kitchens and Tudor Kitchens. Returning to the show, Kutchenhaus will present their range of German-engineered kitchens and bathrooms,

Bathrooms on display will include exhibitors such as New World Bathrooms who provide a range of high-end bathroom design pieces including Shower Pods, Infrared Saunas and luxury bathroom products, to transform your current bathroom into a relaxing and luxurious sanctuary.

Grand Build

Grand Build will showcase products to advance every project, from adding an extension to an existing home to renovating a period property or building a ‘Grand Design’ of your own. Aspiring self-builders will find pioneering ideas ranging from construction to finishing touches, as well as the newest developments in sustainable technology.

Eco-design

A top selection of build suppliers including Ecoscape UK; a supplier of environmentally friendly wood-plastic composite products including decking, cladding, fencing and balustrade systems. Visitors can also discover beautiful, long-lasting recycled wood flooring from Eco Flooring UK, while Ground Source Heat Pumps will showcase their newest models and systems that provide ground and water, air, underfloor heating and solar panel solutions.

Grand Interiors

Grand Interiors will offer stylish ways to finish a home, from furnishings to décor and beyond.  Visitors can discover products from designers and browse hundreds of brands not readily available on the high street, including beautifully designed home theatres from Pure Theatre.
