GWA Group Limited is pleased to announce that it has formally acquired Methven Ltd. 

GWA Group is an Australian supplier of building fixtures and fittings to residential and commercial premises. GWA Group’s primary activities are the design, import and distribution of iconic brands and products that service and enhance residential and commercial bathrooms and kitchens across Australia, New Zealand and selected international markets.  The product range is distributed under market leading brands, including Caroma, Dorf, and Clark. 

The acquisition brings together Australia and New Zealand’s biggest kitchen and bathroom brands, creating an enviable market leading product portfolio.
