Harvey Jones launches contemporary Slim Shaker kitchen

Harvey Jones, specialists in hand-crafted, beautifully designed kitchens, has unveiled its latest innovation – the Slim Shaker, a contemporary design reimagining the classic Shaker Kitchen.

As a pioneer of the traditional Shaker style, Harvey Jones has refined and modernised its signature craftsmanship to create the Slim Shaker, designed for today’s modern family homes. The Slim Shaker is available in Harvey Jones’ newly launched wood stain collection, which enhances the natural beauty of the grain while offering a rich, durable finish. For a more customisable approach, the design can also be hand-painted in any colour, allowing homeowners to create a truly personalised kitchen that reflects their individual style.

The slimmer frames offer a more refined appearance, making it perfect for those wanting a kitchen that feels elegant yet modern. Clean lines and subtle details of the Slim Shaker can be dressed up with rich paint colours or paired with tactile materials like natural stone or wood to add warmth and texture. Their compact frame design makes them ideal for smaller kitchens, where they create an open and airy feel while also bringing minimalist sophistication to larger spaces.

Quality remains at the heart of every Harvey Jones kitchen. Each cabinet is meticulously handcrafted using tried and tested joinery techniques, along with over 45 years of experience, to ensure a perfect finish for every home.

The design is available online and in selected Harvey Jones showrooms, with prices starting at £25,000.

Rachel Davis, senior designer at Harvey Jones, commented on the launch: “Our new Slim Shaker kitchen is a beautiful update on the traditional shaker, presenting clean, tactile lines that promote movement and sophistication. Derived from a desire for heritage design with a modern twist, we designed the Slim Shaker with multi-functional spaces in mind that combine colours, tones, textures and materials – a huge trend we’re seeing in the kitchen space this year. We’re looking forward to seeing how this new launch is incorporated into clients’ designs this year, with a fantastic response already coming from the first installations in our Bicester and Tottenham Court Road showrooms.”
