Howdens goes live with 2020 online engagement solutions

2020, a world provider of applications and enterprise solutions dedicated to interior design has announced that Howden Joinery Group Plc a UK supplier of fitted kitchens to the trade, has gone live with their online kitchen visualiser powered by 2020 Ideal Spaces.

Howdens is a renowned trade kitchen supplier providing thousands of products across kitchens, appliances, joinery, and hardware. With more than 784 depots across the UK and Europe, Howdens is the first choice for more than 470K trade professionals nationwide. Howdens builds trusted partnerships with trade professionals, helping them achieve exceptional results for their customers.

‘We’re delighted that one of the UK’s most respected brands, Howdens, has chosen to further invest with 2020 through 2020 Ideal Spaces,’ says Tim Lambert, 2020’s EMEA Director. ‘We look forward to this latest chapter of our exciting partnership.’

Howdens wanted to provide an intuitive and simple customer journey to select and visualise key kitchen features as a starting point for engagement with their professional designers. Already a long-time partner of 2020 and using 2020 Fusion in their depots, Howdens decided to expand the partnership and chose 2020’s online engagement solution, 2020 Ideal Spaces, as the engine behind their online kitchen visualisation tool.

Their Kitchen Visualiser has built-in layouts that help inspire their customers. It also has customisable features such as worktops, cabinet colours and styles, and floor and wall colours that make it easy for customers to plan out their kitchens.

‘Our mission and purpose is to enable retail, e-tail and manufacturer customers to continue to adapt, innovate and thrive in the modern hybrid world of the connected consumer,’ adds Tim Lambert, ‘be that online, in-store or connecting the omnichannel journey. With over fifty 2020 Ideal Spaces deployments worldwide, we’re excited to enable industries with best-in-class technology, data insights and results.’
