Kitchens Review Howdens Click and Collect

Howdens launches new Click & Collect Service

Howdens, a trade supplier of kitchens, has launched a Click & Collect service across all of its 800+ depots. The new service will be available on any device, any time, and anywhere, providing the ultimate convenience tool for Howdens existing and new customers alike.

The new service allows tradespeople to access their depot, check local stock, and place orders, which are ready to collect after just 15 minutes. Making life easier, Click & Collect provides peace of mind that customers have access to product as and when they need them and will be able to order 24/7. Howdens latest prices will be visible for thousands of products, allowing tradespeople to provide instant and accurate quotes to homeowners.

Tradespeople can place a Click & Collect order through the Howdens website. Once an order is available to collect, a QR code will appear in the trade app, which will be used to collect from the depot.

Paul Brenton, digital director at Howdens, says: “Howdens is investing heavily in digital capabilities that will make the lives of our customers easier. This new service is about providing convenience to our customers through the ability to check stock, order the exact quantities they require and pick up at a time that suits them.

“The new option allows us to deliver the ease of online shopping whilst maintaining our personal in-depot service during collection. Customers will now have more time to speak to our employees about additional support around products, fitting or design support.”

Howden’s Click & Collect service is now live across all depots, with trade customers able to access their account information and Click & Collect functionality in one place.
