Leckhampton Bathrooms and Kitchens – Keller Kitchens retailer profile

Tim Spann, National Sales Manager of Keller speaks to Sian Twinning of Leckhampton Bathrooms and Kitchens on their 25-year love for Keller kitchens.

Leckhampton Bathrooms and Kitchens has been specialising in the design, supply and installation of beautiful kitchens and bathrooms for the lucky people of Gloucestershire and surrounds for 25 years.

How long have you been a Keller retailer?

25 years! It’s fantastic that we have enjoyed a mutually-trusting relationship for a quarter of a decade – and we are still going strong!

What are popular products/ranges amongst your customers?

Handleless, contemporary, clean-lined kitchens are always popular – and timeless. Islands still feature and, as we have all spent more time at home, we are seeing a desire for “luxuries” and “extra” touches.  It may be a pull-out larder, a splash of colour, novel splashbacks, broken plan.  Imagination rules!

How do you find Keller’s customer service? Is there anything that stands out to you?

Having a dedicated, knowledgeable representative means that we enjoy speedy, direct contact and responses. Nothing is too much trouble and dialogue in these testing times has been essential.

As a business, how have you adapted over the past two years?

We have been very lucky and not had to make too many changes. We are happy to undertake online consultations if the customer prefers. We are lucky enough to have a large showroom, but have gone more down the line of appointments for anything more detailed rather than browsing to allow us to dedicate space and ensure our customers feel safe.

Have you found customer demands have changed at all since the pandemic?

Customers still very much want to come in and see and feel the kitchens, be able to use the samples to build final colour choices and have that personal relationship.

Tim Spann comments, “We have enjoyed a happy and fruitful partnership with Sian, Peter and the team at Leckhampton Bathrooms and Kitchens, one that has truly stood the test of time. Our relationship and the volume of business has grown steadily year on year, to the point where 2022 will be our most successful year together. When I make a substantial investment for my home, I choose to buy from people I like. People with knowledge and passion for the product. In this regard LB&K tick all the boxes. Here’s to the next 25 years!”

As always, Keller Kitchens offers complete versatility with over 1950 NCS colours to choose from in a wide array of finishes. This makes it possible for every homeowner to incorporate elements of this kitchen set in a way that suits their style.

Keller Kitchens is proud to be a Carbon Neutral kitchen manufacturer and has been since 2017.
