Premium appliance manufacturer Miele’s new H2766-1 BP Oven with AirFry Function is taking the air fryer movement of the last few years to the next level. Helping keen hosts cook healthier chef-quality meals at home, the new AirFry function results in crispier results when compared to using the regular fan oven setting. In the process, it frees up valuable countertop space by removing the requirement for a countertop air fryer.
Miele’s new H2766-1 BP Oven with AirFry Function features a new AirFry mode, which combines Fan Plus and Top Heat with the relevant temperature for hot air frying, perfect for crispy yet moist chicken, fish, potatoes, vegetables and more. The Perforated Gourmet Baking and AirFry Tray can also be used for baking crispy bread and pizza while pastries will produce a fluffy crumb and evenly browned surface. It’s also ideal for the gentle drying out of fruit for cakes and steamed puddings or vegetables for soups, casseroles, sauces and stews.
The oven also comes with a baking sheet, universal tray, baking and roasting rack and FlexiClip telescopic runners with the added option of a grilling and roasting insert for the complete set-up.
Tom Hopper, kitchens manager at Miele GB comments, “Air fryers have gained huge popularity over the last couple of years, as consumers sought out energy-saving appliances as well as a healthier way to cook. Our oven with air fryer technology is ideal for cooking a range of dishes from salmon fillets to a whole chicken, all while saving space, as it reduces the need for a separate small appliance cluttering up the worksurface.
To achieve a modern finish for a contemporary handleless kitchen, built-in and integrated appliances are rising in popularity – with online searches for “cabinets for built-in appliances” becoming a breakout search term according to Google Trends, as more homeowners look to the clean lines of a seamless style. Miele has all the appliances needed for a coordinated, flush-fit look with designs for cooking, coffee, dishwashing, fridges and freezers.”
