Morgeous Design use Bushboard Options
In a hard-working environment such as a community kitchen, practicality combined with style are essentials. When the Ladybarn Community Centre in Manchester recently secured funding to give their kitchen a much-needed makeover they wanted a wow factor look that would be easy to maintain. Team, Morgeous Design took on the challenge which was made extra difficult because there was a time slot of just four days to complete the project.
Ladybarn Community Association exists to work with the local community and in partnership with other organisations to develop opportunities for local people through the provision of activities that meet the needs of the local community.
“‘I wanted people to be wowed when they walked in but we had to keep to a budget and to the time scale,” said Sian Astley from Morgeous. “I had saved an inspirational room shot from deVOL that I wanted to recreate but I needed to work out how to achieve the style within the budget. I found the answer at KBB 2018 when I visited Bushboard’s stand and saw a fabulous selection of impressive designs – but the one that really caught my eye was Turin Marble from the Options range. The samples from Bushboard arrived quickly – they offer free of charge samples within 72 hours – and were a decent size. The information both online and in the brochures is clear and easy to understand which made it much easier to finalise the design for the project.”
