InSinkErator has launched its most powerful model of any range to date this month — the flagship Evolution Plus 1000 SR.

Now available to retailers, the product has been redesigned to tackle more food waste than ever before. Equipped with a brand new, more powerful 1HP motor, whilst reducing the diameter of the overall unit from 23.4cm to a compact 20.9cm, the new product can be specified by kitchen designers in smaller spaces.

The technology behind the Evolution Plus 1000 SR

All new MultiGrind Technology equips the Evolution Plus 1000 SR disposer with a unique four- stage grind, for the best efficiency yet. More powerful and with additional capabilities over previous models, the 1HP long-lasting, Dura-Drive induction motor features increased torque to power through tough food scraps and provides optimal grinding power and durability.

• Stage One – The GrindShear Ring surface provides a dependable grind for everyday food scraps.
• Stage Two – Shearing windows grind food waste into fine particles.
• Stage Three – An Undercutter Disk continues to grind food particles.
• Stage Four – A cleansing paddle rinses the chamber walls clean of residue. 

Furthermore, SoundSeal Technology ensures this is InSinkErator’s quietest disposal. 75% quieter than the brand’s standard series, the 1000 SR product features a custom-molded Sound Jacket, Anti-Vibration Mount and Tailpipe Coupler, and Quiet Collar Sink Baffle to reduce noise and vibration from the disposal.

Packing technology into a more compact, easier to install design, the dishwasher inlet plug of the Evolution Plus 1000 SR features the brand’s new Lift and Latch technology, making it simple to attach the disposer to the sink. Plus, specially designed rubber grips make it easier to hold the disposal when lifting it in place during the installation process.
