Novy, the luxury hobs and extraction specialist has launched its new Catalogue 2021 which features its entire product portfolio and includes a number of new product launches.

Highlights include the intuitive and ultra-quiet Pureline PRO and Pureline Compact PRO Ceiling Hoods, available in 90cm and 120cm widths. These touch-free models feature Novy Sense, a sensor that automatically activates the hood when it detects cooking vapours and adjusts according to the level of extraction required and then automatically switches off when cooking has ended. Novy Crystal is a new collection of black or white glass built-in hoods with integrated LED lighting and available in 60cm or 90cm widths. 

Also new for 2021 are additions to the Novy collection of vented downdraft extractor hobs. These include the Panorama PRO 120 and the Panorama Power 120, two 120cm models with up to 5 XL side-by-side cooking zones on an uninterrupted cooking area with its integrated downdraft extractor situated directly behind the pans and concealed within the surface of the hob until required. Also launched is the new Novy Easy, an 80cm surface level venting hob available in extraction or recirculation options.
