British kitchen manufacturer Omega PLC has announced the promotion of three members of the Contracts team to key positions, strengthening this growing area of the business. Sarah Wales has been promoted to the position of contract design manager and Rachel Horner and Melissa Millwood have been promoted to the roles of senior contract designers.

Sarah has worked for Omega PLC for over a year and will now be responsible for the Major Project and Housebuild design teams. Sarah’s primary responsibilities will involve working closely with both design teams to provide customers with expert-level design knowledge and product expertise. Additionally, Sarah will collaborate closely with Creative Lead Design Manager, Ben Jones, who is responsible for the strategic design direction for the business.

Rachel Horner joined Omega PLC in 2022, while Melissa Millwood has been a dedicated member of the team for nearly 8 years. Both Rachel and Melissa have extensive experience in contract design and will utilise this in their new roles supporting Sarah in delivering design-led service.
